Do I need to pay to start?
No. You start on the Free plan, no card, with the limits shown above. You only pay if you want more.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no lock-in. When you cancel, the account goes back to the free plan and nothing you created is deleted.
How is payment made?
Through Stripe, by credit card. BackIQ never sees or stores your card details. Receipts and card changes are in Account settings, under the Subscription tab.
Can I change plans later?
You can move up or down a plan whenever you need. If something exceeds the limit of the smaller plan, it stays saved; you just cannot create new items beyond the limit.
Can the price change?
Prices and limits may change with prior notice, and the change applies from the next charge.
